Amy Baldwin Efird has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Amy started their career as an Instructor at BodyLanguage Studio in 2011 and then worked as a Trainer/Instructor at Anytime Fitness in 2012. In 2013, they became an Instructor at the University of Washington. In the following years, Amy worked as an Actor at the Village Theatre and Mill Mountain Theatre.

In 2015, Amy joined Rover.com as a Project Manager, where they handled Sitter Growth/Retention, Loyalty & Community, and PR contracts. Amy also worked as an Actor at the Village Theatre during this time.

From 2019 to 2021, Amy had roles at Exelaration, first as a Partnership Engineer and later as the Vice President of Partnerships.

In 2021, Amy founded DBI Coaching, a company focused on helping individuals improve their public speaking skills.

In 2022, Amy joined LifeHikes® as a Coach, contributing to the development of a global professional training company.

Amy is currently working as the Alliance & Community Engagement role at Amplifire eLearning, where they contribute to building an eLearning platform based on cognitive science principles. Amy'sresponsibilities involve creating engaging learning experiences and helping organizations achieve proficiency and success through training and learning.

Amy Baldwin Efird obtained a BA degree in English, Creative Writing, and Biology from Emory & Henry College from 1990 to 1994. Amy then pursued a Master's degree in Forensic Science at Marshall University and further studied Health Promotion and Sports Performance at Virginia Tech. In terms of additional certifications, Amy obtained the Certified Agile Leadership Essentials from Scrum Alliance in December 2022, along with the Certified Scrum Mast in November 2019 and the Certified Agile Leadership for Teams (CAL-T) in December 2022.
