Charlotte Barnes has a diverse work experience. Charlotte started working at Clarks in October 2014 as a Retail Senior Sales Worker and Acting Manager, where they worked until January 2020. In October 2020, they joined Own The Room as a Coach Deployment Coordinator and Quality Assurance of Training Assessment Services. Currently, they are working at LifeHikes® as an Operations - Staffing and Project Specialist starting from February 2022.

Charlotte Barnes pursued their education at the University of Leeds from 2017 to 2021. During this time, they completed a Bachelor's degree in International Business. In 2018, they also had the opportunity to study abroad at the Tokyo University of Foreign Studies for a year, focusing on Japanese Language and Intercultural Studies.
