Daria Kalista

Daria Kalista has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2008, they worked as a Sales Service Representative at Spinneybeck, where they increased revenue and provided excellent client service. In 2012, they became an Area Sales Manager at Walter Knoll, responsible for forecasting sales and achieving targets. Daria also worked as a Sales Representative at Walter Knoll during this time. Daria then joined The House of St Barnabas as an Event Manager, where they increased sales and member retention. Daria later worked as a Senior Event Manager at Deliciously Sorted Ibiza, overseeing event coordination and vendor management. In 2014, Daria became an Event Manager at The House of St Barnabas, collaborating with several prominent organizations. In 2016, they joined Swipe as an Operations Manager, implementing operational plans and boosting profitability. Daria later became the Director of Operations at Swipe, where they created efficient processes and collaborated with various stakeholders. In 2021, Daria worked as an Agile Coach & Facilitator at PM-Partners. Daria then joined Explore Performance in 2022 as a Lead Facilitator, bringing unique learning solutions to international clients. Daria also worked as an entrepreneur at Antler for a brief period. Currently, they hold the position of Coach at LifeHikes, empowering executives and professionals with the skills they need to succeed. Additionally, Daria is the Director of FridayMakers, a facilitation and training company focused on helping teams achieve remarkable results.

Daria Kalista started their education at Griffith College Dublin in 2006 and completed their studies in 2009. Daria focused on Interior Architecture during their time there. In 2007, they also attended Dublin Business School for a year to study Project Management.

In terms of additional certifications, Daria obtained the following:

- In June 2014, they completed a course on Advanced Presentation and Performance at the Gaiety School of Acting.

- In April 2021, they became a Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist through Scaled Agile, Inc.

- In February 2022, they received a Design Sprint Masterclass Certificate from AJ&Smart.

- In June 2022, Daria obtained a Certificate in Team Coaching from Team Coaching Studio.

- In August 2022, they became a member of the International Association of Facilitators (IAF).

- In May 2023, they completed the Technology of Participation (ToP)® Facilitation Methods course offered by the Institute of Cultural Affairs USA.

These additional certifications indicate that Daria has pursued further training and development in facilitation methods, coaching, agile practices, presentation skills, and acting.
