Denise is currently serving as the Coach & Director of Coach Development at LifeHikes®, a global professional training company focused on lifelong growth. Previously, Denise worked at Own The Room, where they held various roles such as Assistant Director of Product Solutions, Assistant Director of Coaching, Recruitment & Talent Development, and Coach/Communications Strategist. At Own The Room, they worked with executives and professionals from various industries, empowering them with breakthrough skills for success. Prior to that, Denise operated their own personal training business, Denise Paglia Enterprises, where they customized fitness programs and nutritional plans for individuals and small groups.
