Ian Rennie

Ian Rennie has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Ian currently works as a Business Performance Partner and Communication/Leadership Coach at Renstr Ltd. and LifeHikes respectively. In these positions, they focus on improving colleague engagement and empowering executives and professionals to enhance their skills and perform at higher levels. Prior to this, Ian was an Independent Owner at Renstr Ltd and held leadership positions at The Linde Group, GIST, and GlaxoSmithKline. In these roles, they were responsible for strategic direction, team management, and value generation through excellent leadership and execution. Ian's expertise lies in areas such as global governance, logistics, commercial operations, and lean manufacturing.

Ian Rennie attended Balfron High School from 1979 to 1985. Ian did not earn a degree or specialize in any field of study during their time at the high school. Following that, they pursued a degree in Human Physiology with a focus on Exercise and Diving Physiology at the University of Aberdeen from 1985 to 1989.
