Lisa Betts-LaCroix began their work experience in 1987 as an Independent Film and Television Actor, appearing in over 100 roles in various television series, feature films, and commercials. In 2003, they founded and managed Paragon Strategies, a training and coaching company focused on speaking and presentation skills and team-building.
In 2008, Lisa took on multiple roles. Lisa became an Educational Consultant and Community Leader at LBL Educational Consulting, where they co-founded a network of families in the San Francisco Bay area who independently educate their children. Lisa also served as a Guest Speaker, delivering talks on Artful Aging and inspiring audiences to embrace reinvention and growth as they age.
Lisa's work expanded to include hosting and interviewing in 2017 when they started The Super Power U Podcast. Through the podcast, they engaged with experts and everyday individuals to discuss mental models and tactical skills necessary to unleash one's inner superpower.
Most recently, Lisa joined LifeHikes® in 2021 as the Head Coach. In this role, they work with executives and professionals across various industries, empowering them with breakthrough skills for success. LifeHikes® utilizes an innovative methodology developed over 25 years to help individuals achieve lifelong growth in both business and life.
Lisa Betts-LaCroix has attended several educational institutions to further their education. Lisa studied acting at the Circle in the Square Theatre School.
