Crystal Roberts

Crystal Roberts (Arnold), MSc, PMP, currently serves as the Senior Manager of Workplace Benefits & HR Projects at LifeLabs Medical Laboratory Services since January 2025. With extensive experience in the organization, Crystal held various positions including Senior Manager of Wellness, Retirement & Group Benefits, Program Manager, and Project Manager from 2012 to 2024. Prior to LifeLabs, roles included Ability Management Specialist at Acclaim Ability Management Inc., where Crystal provided coaching and assessments, and Rehabilitation Consultant at NRCS Inc., focusing on job search training and labor market research. Crystal began her career as a Research Assistant and Graduate Teaching Assistant at Western University. Academic credentials include an MSc in Health & Rehabilitation Sciences from Western University, a Certificate of Project Management from the University of Toronto, and an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology and Physical Education from Wilfrid Laurier University.
