Melissa Jutzi

Melissa Jutzi is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience in total rewards and compensation. Currently serving as the National Director, Total Rewards at LifeLabs Medical Laboratory Services since January 2023, Melissa has previously held significant roles, including Director of Human Resources (Total Compensation) at the University of Guelph from March 2015 to January 2023, and Manager of Compensation, Benefits and Employee Wellness at Wilfrid Laurier University from December 2006 to February 2015. Earlier career positions include various HR roles such as Benefit Specialist/Job Evaluation Coordinator and HR Assistant at Wilfrid Laurier University, as well as HR Assistant at Cornerstone Structural Restoration. Melissa’s career commenced at the University of Toronto as a Contracts Officer & Awards Administrator from September 2003 to December 2005. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Psychology from the University of Toronto, earned in 2003.
