Barbie helps clients set up all logistics to launch their programs successfully. She oversees the LifeLabs Learning client experience to improve simplicity, clarity, and delight. She also supports, trains, and leads the world-class Client Administrator team. She has worked in a wide range of fields (including law, photography, finance, and veterinary medicine), creating systems and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
