The Healthcare Administration team at LifeLinc Anesthesia is responsible for ensuring seamless operations and the highest standards of service within anesthesia departments. They handle credentialing of clinical staff, oversee quality and clinical integration, manage quality data, liaise with healthcare professionals, process patient accounts, handle insurance billing, ensure accurate medical coding, and provide clinical care. This team works collaboratively to reduce anesthesia subsidies, enhance surgeon and patient satisfaction, optimize OR utilization and turnover, ensure timely case starts, and strengthen anesthesia’s role within the surgical team.
