Brandi Cooper is an experienced professional with a diverse background in education, mental health, and fitness. Currently serving as an Aerial Silks and Choreography Instructor at Aerial Theory Fitness since September 2017, Brandi provides individual and group instruction while developing choreographed routines. In a parallel role as a Mental Health Rehabilitation Specialist at North County Lifeline, Brandi focuses on promoting mental health and self-care practices among youth and collaborates on treatment plans with clinicians. Brandi's previous roles include Administrative Manager at Brad's Foreign and Domestic, Assistant Manager at Charming Charlie, and various educational positions, including Teacher and Behavioral Therapist. Brandi holds a BA in Sociology from UC Santa Barbara and has a strong commitment to fostering development and well-being in both physical and mental health contexts.
