Lifeline Community Services
Cat Torres is a qualified mental health professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as a HERE Now Mental Health Clinician at North County Lifeline since January 2020, Cat previously worked as a Program Therapist at the Union of Pan Asian Communities and as a PSR Specialist at Community Research Foundation. Additional roles include Site-Based Therapist at Palomar Family Counseling Services, Caregiver at Lifeworks Services, Inc., and Avid Tutor with Vista Unified School District. Earlier experience as a Residential Counselor at Casa de Amparo further contributed to a solid background in mental health and counseling. Cat holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology from National University, and previous degrees in Psychology and Sociology from California State University San Marcos and MiraCosta College.
