Mod Amber Dinopoulos

Amber Dinopoulos has a diverse work experience in the field of HR and organizational development. Amber held various roles at Lifeline of Ohio, starting as the Director of HR and Organizational Effectiveness in August 2016, then becoming the Manager of Employee Development, and finally the Chief People Officer in November 2022. Prior to that, they were the President of Career Catalysts LLC, an organizational development consulting practice, from August 2009. Amber also served as the Director of HR and Organizational Effectiveness at Network for Life from February 2018 to May 2020. Before that, they worked as a Senior Organizational Development Consultant at NiSource from April 2015 to July 2016.
