Auryn Zimmer

Auryn Zimmer has worked in the software engineering industry since 1998. From 1998 to 1999, they worked as an Interactive Designer at Anderson & Lembke, and then as an Art Director at Zentropy Partners from 1999 to 2000. From 2000 to 2002, they were a Flash Developer at SF Interactive, which later became part of BSSP. In 2003, they began working as a freelancer for betawavepool, and as a contractor for SF Interactive, Teak Motion Visuals, and Eveo. From 2011 to 2018, they worked at Say Media as a Software Engineer and Senior Creative Developer. Auryn currently works at Lifelink Systems as a Senior Software Engineer and Software Engineer. Auryn'sroles involve back-end engineering with occasional front-end and infrastructure work, primarily writing code in JavaScript and Groovy. Auryn has also worked on HTML5 templates and components, applications for creating ad tags, systems to deliver ad payloads and track ad session data, and tools for processing/visualizing ad tracking data into useful metrics.

Auryn Zimmer attended the San Francisco Art Institute from 1993 to 1998, where they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Fine Arts.
