Colby Thornton serves as the Vice President of Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion at Lifelong Learning Administration Corporation since February 2021. Prior experience includes roles at The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, where responsibilities encompassed directing diversity initiatives, overseeing talent acquisition, and implementing the first Diversity & Inclusion Action Plan. Colby also acted as a liaison for the President of the Kennedy Center, fostering important relationships with stakeholders. Earlier career positions included managing contractors for GAP Solutions, Inc., and serving as a Client Relations Specialist with The Regis Group, Inc. Colby holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from George Mason University, with a minor in Business Management.
