Jazmin A. Peralta, M.S. serves as the Interim Vice President for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Pratt Institute, where a strategic vision for DEI is provided across a diverse community of over 7,000 students, faculty, and staff. With a robust background in higher education, Jazmin has held various leadership roles related to DEI, including Executive Director and Director of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Pratt Institute, where comprehensive strategic plans were developed to enhance engagement and belonging. A co-founder and co-owner at The Seedling Practice Collective, Jazmin leads initiatives in DEIB consulting, focusing on equitable practices within organizations. Previous experience includes coordinating leadership development programs at the University of Central Florida and providing support to first-generation students at Florida State University. Jazmin holds an EdD in Higher Education Administration from Northeastern University and an MS in Higher Education, Student Affairs from Purdue Global.
