Melanie Campos

Melanie Campos is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in research and community health, currently working as a pet sitter at Rover.com since May 2024. As a Research Assistant with the University of California, San Francisco, Melanie is involved in studies that address the needs of BIPOC families during pregnancy and the effects of nutrition programs on individuals with type 2 diabetes. Additionally, Melanie serves as a Behavioral Health Community Health Worker at LifeLong Medical Care, where responsibilities include managing care coordination and mentoring interns. Previous roles include leadership positions in the Queer and Allied Pre-Health Pre-Medical Association and active participation in the University of California Marching Band. Melanie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley.
