Philip Kamlarz

Philip Kamlarz has made a lifetime commitment to community and public service. Prior to his retirement, he most recently served as the Berkeley City Manager, having spent over 45 years in service to the community with a goal of improving the lives of those most in need. Phil currently serves on the Board of the Berkeley East Bay Humane Society. He studied at Long Island University where he received his BS degree and did graduate work at Hunter College in New York. He has served as Treasurer of the LifeLong Medical Care Board of Directors since 2016 and he also serves on the LifeLong Finance Committee as Chair.
