Harini Kalyanam is a skilled professional with extensive experience in insurance advocacy and health care administration. Currently serving as the Lead Insurance Advocate at Lifelong since November 2019, Harini provides support and guidance to insurance advocates in the Evergreen Health Insurance Program, ensuring effective insurance counseling and compliance with program policies. Previously, Harini worked as an Appeals Specialist at Maximus Federal Services, analyzing appeals and resolving cases based on federal and state regulations. Prior roles include Procurement Consultant at Agility Technologies LLC, where strategic contract negotiations were conducted, and Operations Executive at Dr. Agarwal's Eye Hospital, overseeing procurement functions. Harini holds a Master's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the Apollo Institute of Hospital Administration.
