Thomas Alberts possesses extensive experience in the insurance and non-profit sectors, currently serving as the PRE Eligibility Coordinator at Lifelong since October 2020. Previous roles include Insurance Operations Specialist at Moss Adams, where responsibilities involved managing insurance placement for client accounts, and TPA Administrator at Arthur J. Gallagher International, overseeing 26 accounts for over 15,000 members. Additional experience includes organizing events and managing databases for Planned Parenthood, writing on social justice for The New Civil Rights Movement, and various customer service and merchandising roles. Alberts holds a Bachelor's Degree in English and Gender Studies from Weber State University, where involvement included leadership positions focused on advocacy and diversity initiatives.
