Geovanni Badiola

Geovanni Badiola, MIRHR, CHRP, currently serves as the Manager of HRIS and People Analytics at Lifemark Health Group, starting in January 2024. Prior to this role, Badiola was a People Data and Analytics Specialist at CPA Canada from May 2019 to December 2023, where responsibilities included delivering HR dashboards via HRIS and Microsoft PowerBI, managing HRIS administration, and supporting key HR initiatives such as talent acquisition and employee engagement. Previous experience includes positions as a Human Resources Coordinator at CPA Canada and the Toronto Railway Museum, and as a Teaching and Grading Assistant at Ryerson University, where skills in recruitment, onboarding, and educational support were developed. Badiola holds a Master's degree in Industrial Relations and Human Resources from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Ryerson University.
