Don Le-Sparks is a seasoned technical support professional with extensive experience in various roles within technology support and cybersecurity. Currently serving as a Helpdesk Technical Support Analyst at LifeMoves since August 2022, Don previously held the position of Technology Support Associate at SoftBank Investment Advisers, where notable achievements included hacking into the SoftBank Robotics’ "Pepper" Robot and exposing insider security threats through printers. Prior to that, Don worked as a Computer Resource Consulting CSA2 at Stanford University, providing support to the Office of the General Counsel and the Graduate School of Business ExecEd program. Don also contributed to HackediOS.com, where responsible disclosure of CVE-2017-7133 was a key focus.
