Jingsong Chen

Jingsong Chen, currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at LifeNet Health since October 2006, has extensive experience in research and development, intellectual property management, and strategic innovation within the regenerative medicine and life sciences sectors. Notable achievements include the establishment of a comprehensive R&D pipeline, the development of patent strategies leading to over 120 patents since 2018, and oversight of profit and loss responsibilities for the LifeSciences Division. Previous roles at LifeNet Health include Vice President of Intellectual Property and General Manager, as well as various directorial positions focused on corporate intellectual property and clinical development. Prior to LifeNet, Jingsong Chen worked as a Senior Scientist and Project Manager at Serica and held research associate and postdoctoral positions at Tufts University and RWTH Aachen University. Academic qualifications include an MD in Biomedical Engineering from RWTH Aachen University and a medical degree from Shanghai Medical College of Fudan University.
