Katherine Rossler

Katherine Rossler is an accomplished professional in human resources with extensive experience in benefits program design and management. Currently serving as the Director of Corporate Benefits, Compliance, and Account Management at Saab Sensis Corporation since April 2003, Katherine oversees the development and maintenance of companywide benefits programs, including shared services implementation and expatriate processes. Prior experience includes positions as Corporate Director of Employee Benefits at Excellus, Inc. and Director of Compensation and Benefits at Excellus BCBS, demonstrating a strong background in compensation structures and employee benefits for diverse organizations. Katherine holds a BA in Business/Accounting from Columbia College, Columbia University, complemented by a foundational education at C.W. Baker High School.
