Drew Barclay has extensive experience in customer service and recruitment, with a career spanning over a decade. Initially serving as a Stock Controller at Tesco PLC from December 2010 to November 2015, Drew developed skills in customer interaction and operations management. Following this, a role as Employment Advisor at Reed in Partnership from March 2017 to September 2018 involved supporting individuals and communities in achieving their employment goals. Drew then progressed to Lifeplus, starting as a Talent Co-Ordinator and advancing to Senior Talent Co-Ordinator, where responsibilities include strategic collaboration with hiring managers and overseeing the recruitment process since September 2018. Earlier experience includes a position as a Customer Advisor at Ocado, an online supermarket, between November 2015 and March 2017.
