Heather Andersen Golden

Heather Andersen Golden has a diverse work experience in human resources, spanning over 14 years. In their current role as the Director of Human Resources at Lifepoint Church, they oversee the organization's HR functions. Prior to this, they worked at Scotiabank as a Manager of Human Resources, where they played a key role in managing HR operations. Before joining Scotiabank, Heather served as Vice President, HR Business Partner at Cantor Fitzgerald, where they provided strategic HR support. Heather also worked at CIBC as an HR Business Partner and HR Associate, contributing to various HR initiatives. Additionally, they gained experience in customer service as a CSA at Aerotek. Earlier in their career, they worked at Linden Alschuler & Kaplan as an Account Coordinator and Abercrombie & Fitch as a People Assistant Manager. Heather's varied experience has equipped their with a strong skill set in HR management, business partnership, and customer service.
