Matthew Monroe, PMP, currently serves as the Assistant Vice President of Clinical Operations at Lifepoint Health®, overseeing clinical operations teams and resources for nursing recruitment and retention since June 2019. Previously held roles within Lifepoint Health® include Assistant Vice President of Human Resources and Director of the Enterprise Program Management Office, where Matthew led high-impact projects yielding significant cost savings and regulatory compliance initiatives across multiple hospitals. With a background in project management within various sectors, including healthcare and military communication, Matthew has successfully managed diverse teams and executed complex projects, demonstrating a strong capability in strategic operations and program management. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Tennessee Technological University.
