Michael A. Kelly

Michael A. Kelly is currently an advisor at LifePoint Health. Michael has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources and has held multiple roles during their career. Prior to joining LifePoint Health, Michael was the AVP Field Compensation at HCA Healthcare. In this role, they were responsible for leading a team of compensation consultants and analysts. Michael also served as the Consulting Director for the Rapid Deployment Team.

Before joining HCA Healthcare, Michael was a Consultant at Mercer where they worked in the Compensation, Performance, Measurement, and Rewards Practice. Michael started their career at St. John Fisher College where they held multiple positions during their 9 year tenure including Director of Graduate Admissions, Director of Adult Undergraduate Admissions, Assistant Director of Admissions, and Admissions Counselor. Michael also served as an Academic Advisor and Instructor while at St. John Fisher College.

Michael A. Kelly has a BS in Management Science from SUNY Geneseo, an MS in Human Resource Development from St. John Fisher University, and an MBA from St. John Fisher University.
