Pamela K. currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer for Medical Group Services at Lifepoint Health®, a role held since January 2020. In this position, Pamela oversees all provider practices within Lifepoint Health, focusing on enhancing ambulatory care, improving patient experience, and ensuring operational excellence. Prior to this, Pamela held several leadership roles at Virginia Hospital Center and Lawrence + Memorial Hospital, including Regional Vice President of Physician Services and Executive Vice President of Physician Services.
