Scott Winchell

Scott Winchell is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program management and leadership across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of the Enterprise Program Management Office at LifePoint Health® since October 2016, Scott previously held positions including Director of Professional Services and Project/Product Manager at HireRight, where responsibilities spanned from strategic initiative management to product development. Earlier roles included Project Manager at Kroll Background Screening, Program Manager at ZeroChaos, and Delivery Project Executive at IBM, overseeing large teams and complex projects for clients in the insurance and manufacturing sectors. Scott began career at Dominion Bankshares Corporation as a Technology Manager, managing technology support for a regional banking network. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from East Tennessee State University.
