Seema Kanwar

Seema Kanwar is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in healthcare regulatory law. Currently serving as Vice President and Managing Counsel at Lifepoint Health® since August 2020, Seema has held multiple leadership roles including Vice President, Associate General Counsel and Senior Associate General Counsel. Prior to joining Lifepoint Health®, Seema spent over a decade at Waller Lansden Dortch and Davis LLP, progressing from Associate to Partner, where the focus was also on healthcare law. Earlier legal experience includes summer associate positions at Andrews Kurth LLP and Waller Lansden Dortch and Davis LLP. Seema holds a Juris Doctorate from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Economics from Washington University in St. Louis.
