Shelly Stafford

Shelly Stafford is a seasoned professional in physician recruitment and human resources, currently serving as the Assistant Vice President of Physician Recruitment for LifePoint Health® since May 2008, after previously holding the position of Regional Director of Physician Recruitment. Prior to tenure at LifePoint Health®, Shelly held the role of Director of Human Resources at Community Health Systems from 2003 to May 2008 and at Tenet Health Systems from January 1994 to January 2003, overseeing operations at multiple medical centers. Shelly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Human Resources Management from Louisiana State University and furthered education at the University of New Orleans.
