Juanita Bueschleb

Juanita Bueschleb is an experienced communications professional and recreation expert, currently serving as Communications Manager, Content Developer, and Technical Writer at Lifesaving Society Ontario since May 2020. As the owner of Juanita's Training and Consulting since January 2014, Juanita is dedicated to enhancing recreation and culture services both in Ontario and internationally. Previous roles include Regional Manager at Goldfish Swim School - Oakville and Contract Writer for Lifesaving Society Ontario, contributing to leadership program materials. Juanita’s tenure as Recreation Supervisor at the City of Brampton highlighted a commitment to operational excellence and staff development, while earlier experiences at the City of Mississauga fostered a lifelong passion for aquatic programming. Juanita holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Forestry from Lakehead University, completed in 1985.
