Rebecca Field Shearer

Rebecca Field Shearer, SPHR, serves as the Director of Human Resources at LifeScape since June 2008, where responsibility includes ensuring alignment of HR strategy with core business strategies and enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of HR service delivery. Prior to this role, Rebecca worked at Wells Fargo from 2001 to 2007, managing recruitment and sourcing efforts for a diverse applicant pool to support a high-performing sales and service organization across multiple states. Rebecca holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from the University of South Dakota and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Psychology from Augustana University.
