Bob Kerr has over 20 years of experience in the Information Technology field. Bob began their career in 2000 at Southwest Airlines as the Director of Information Technology and Senior Manager of Information Technology. During their tenure at Southwest Airlines, they implemented ARIBA Spend Management Suite, Deploy Talent Optimization Suite and Hirequest, KRONOS Workforce Timekeeper, and SolArc RightAngle. During their time there, they implemented change management, a QA structure, and a standardized PMO. Bob was also able to increase production stability by over 80%, and reduce downtime to almost zero.

In 2015, Bob Kerr took on the role of Vice President Technology Operations, Delivery Leader, and COO at Protivix Business Solutions. During their time there, they provided the vision and expertise to drive 30% growth over a 2-year period. Bob was also able to achieve Gold Partner status within 5 months.

In 2017, Bob Kerr became the Director of Infrastructure Technology Operations at DHISCO, Inc. During their time there, they provided management expertise to develop the organization's Support Services function. Bob was able to decrease client complaints by 40%, decrease product defects by 40%, decrease issue resolution time by 30%, and draft policies for the PCI and GDPR remediation and certification projects.

In 2019, Bob Kerr took on the role of Director Information Technology Operations at Populus Financial Group. During their time there, they led and managed the reinvention of the PFG IT Operations organization. Bob was able to decrease firefighting activity by 40%, cut software licensing costs by 25%, and save $250,000.

Finally, Bob Kerr currently holds the position of Director of IT at LifeScience Logistics. As Director of IT, they lead the development and implementation of the overall company strategy for IT software, hardware, and infrastructure. Bob also manages all IT vendor relationships including contract negotiations and SLA accountability while recommending investments necessary to create competitive advantage through technology.

Bob Kerr has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Kean University, and has completed the CIO - Leadership Essentials program from Carnegie Mellon University.
