Lesya Houston, MSHRM has over 8 years of experience in Human Resources. Lesya began their career in 2011 as a Payroll and Benefit Specialist at BrightPoint. In 2013, they moved to Ingram Micro as a Payroll Administration Analyst. In 2016, they joined Now Courier Inc. as an HR Generalist. In 2019, they joined LifeScience Logistics as a Human Resources Supervisor, and later was promoted to Human Resources Manager.

Lesya Houston, MSHRM obtained their Bachelor's degree in English Translation from the Volyn Institute of Economics & Management in Lutsk, Ukraine. Lesya then went on to pursue a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Indiana Wesleyan University from 2019 to 2020.
