Pavithra Rajendran

Pavithra Rajendran has been working in the Human Resources field since 2017, when they began their role as Human Resources Generalist at Wonderland Montessori. Pavithra then took on the role of Executive Assistant at the same company. In 2022, they moved to LifeScience Logistics, where they currently serve as the Compensation and Benefits Manager, as well as the Payroll & Benefits Specialist.

Pavithra Rajendran obtained their Master of Business Administration - MBA in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Earthinators Climate School between 2007 and 2009. In 2020, they obtained three additional certifications from Paycor: Payroll Certified, Perform HR Certification, and Perform Onboarding Certificate.
