Scottie J. Stamper, EdD, currently serves as the Director of Adult Spiritual Formation at Christ Church of Charlotte and also holds the position of Family Support Coordinator at LifeShare Carolinas. With extensive experience in leadership development and education, Scottie operates as a Leadership Coach for Coaching for Purpose and has been a Private Piano Teacher since 1987. Previous roles include Director of Education & Organizational Development at Iredell Health System and Education & Development Specialist at Atrium Health, where Scottie focused on coaching physicians in various leadership topics. Scottie has provided academic advising at UNC Charlotte and served as a board-certified chaplain at Carolinas Healthcare System. Scottie's educational background includes a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, along with various degrees in Christian Education and Music. Currently, Scottie is pursuing a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling and a Graduate Certificate in Gerontology.

Founded in 1970, our core purpose is to save lives by coordinating the recovery and distribution of lifesaving organs, eyes, and tissue for transplantation and research. We also provide education to hospital staff and community partners about the donation process. For the courageous families whose loved ones gave the gift of life, we provide grief counseling and ongoing support through our continuing care program.
