Larry Sickles has extensive experience in the field of clinical services and tissue recovery. Larry started their career in 2004 as the Manager of Tissue Services at Carolina Donor Services, where they managed day-to-day operations and maximized donation opportunities. From 2010 to 2012, they worked as a Clinical Services Specialist at RTI Donor Services, focusing on improving surgical recovery outcomes. In 2012, they joined RTIDS as the Senior Manager of the Donor Support Center, where they provided leadership and direction for the call center operations. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Clinical Services at LifeShare of Oklahoma, overseeing the clinical services division. Additionally, they also serve as the Director of Tissue Services at LifeShare Transplant Services of Oklahoma, providing leadership and direction for the tissue services division.

LifeShare is a nonprofit, federally designated organ procurement organization (OPO) dedicated to the recovery of organs and tissue for transplant purposes. We work closely with 4 transplant centers and 145 healthcare organizations in the state of Oklahoma to facilitate donation. Additionally, we strive to raise awareness for organ, eye and tissue donation and transplantation through public education. LifeShare encourages residents to enroll in the Donate Life Registry.
