Karen Lordi has extensive experience in customer support and project management spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Project Manager for Call Center Operations at LifeShield Home Security since 2007, Karen has also held various managerial roles within the company, including Manager of Customer Experience and Manager of Technical Support. Prior to LifeShield, Karen worked at LifeShield Inc and Mainline Health System, focusing on help desk analysis and customer support. Karen's career began at Drenk Mental Health Center as a Manager and includes positions at Sungard and RCN, where responsibilities ranged from leading customer service initiatives to providing technical support in telecommunications. Karen holds a Certificate in Computer Programming from Cittone Institute and has pursued further education at Rowan College at Burlington County.
