Krithika Balu has been in the Quality Assurance field since 2009. krithika began their career as a Testing & Certification Engineer at MediVed Innovations in 2009, then moved to BPL Health Management Solutions as a QA Executive in 2010. In 2011, they took on the role of Program Lead and QA/RA Engineer at Opto Circuits India Ltd. krithika then moved to GE Healthcare in 2013, taking on roles of Lead QA Engineer, Site CAPA Leader, and Site CAPA Leader. Most recently, they have been working as the Quality Assurance Lead at LifeSignals Group since 2020.

Krithika Balu completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Biotechnology from Visvesvaraya Technological University between 2005 and 2009.
