Barney Le

VP of Product Management at LifeSite

After graduating from Northeastern University with a degree in Computer Science, Barney Lee began their career as a UI/UX Principal Engineer at Dell SonicWALL in November 2011. Barney was specifically hired to lead the front-end re-design and re-development of the company's premier $1B firewall product. After only 6 months with the company, they were promoted to the Executive Compensation Plan as a reward for surpassing all goals set regarding timelines, quality of work, and team leadership.

At Dell SonicWALL, Lee excelled at conducting user studies and focus groups to define use-cases that drove design and development. Barney also successfully worked with cross-functional teams across the company to implement newly built UI/UX. Barney was instrumental in redesigning the front-end design and development process, which lead to a 30% increase in release efficiency.

In October 2015, Lee was promoted to VP of Product Management at LifeSite.
