Megan F.

Megan F. is an accomplished professional with experience in program assistance, community engagement, and financial wellness. Currently serving as a Program Assistant in the Strategy & Engagement department at LifeSource since March 2022, responsibilities include supporting initiatives related to Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion, as well as managing supplies inventory and coordinating travel for the Hospital Services department. Previously, Megan worked as a Financial Wellness Coordinator at Community Action Partnership of Hennepin County, where oversight of 41 clients and revitalization of the Financial Wellness program were key achievements. Additional roles include Outreach Assistant at Capitol Region Watershed District, where engagement efforts were directed toward environmental education, and Outreach Coordinator at YWCA Ames-ISU, promoting women's empowerment on campus. Megan also has international research experience from an internship in Cuenca, Ecuador. Educationally, Megan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Global Resource Systems and Environmental Studies from Iowa State University.
