Chip Dell

Chip Dell has a diverse work experience in various industries. Chip has worked as a Director of Sales & Marketing at Lifespace Communities, Inc. from 2014 where they were responsible for leading the marketing staff, developing and implementing marketing activities, and increasing sales and occupancy. Prior to that, they worked as a Broker Associate at Koenig & Strey Real Living from 2010 to 2014, where they worked in various aspects of real estate. Chip also worked as a Sales Manager & Regional Sales Manager at Midtown Athletic Club from 2006 to 2014, where they were responsible for new member acquisition and sales team management. Chip has held several other positions in sales, property management, and project management throughout their career.

Chip Dell attended Texas Christian University from 1975 to 1977, where they studied Health and Physical Education/Fitness. Chip then transferred to Illinois State University from 1977 to 1979, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Education.
