Raina Reeder

Raina Reeder has extensive work experience in risk management, audit, and legal services. From 2005 to 2009, they worked as a Manager in Legal Services at Tenet Healthcare. Following this, they joined Conifer Health Solutions in 2009 and held the position of Senior Director in Risk Management, Audit, and Legal Services. In this role, they managed captive insurance, risk retention groups, and commercial insurance, conducted enterprise risk assessments, implemented risk mitigation plans, and investigated risk incidents. Raina also established and implemented an Enterprise Risk Management program, drafted policies and procedures, and developed strategies to improve performance. Reeder worked at Conifer Health Solutions until December 2021. In 2021, they joined Lifespace Communities, Inc. as the Director of Corporate Risk Management.

Raina Reeder, ARM, E-ARM, CIA, CRCR completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from The University of Texas at Austin. Raina attended the university from 1995 to 2002.
