Tracy Smalley

Tracy Smalley has over 30 years of work experience in various roles and industries. The most recent position held was as the Director of Project Management (PMO) at Lifespace Communities, Inc. where they were responsible for leading key redevelopment initiatives and developing program and project methodologies. Prior to that, Tracy worked as the Director/Program Manager at Athene USA, overseeing strategic annuity administration systems and managing the Insurance Operations project portfolio. Tracy also has experience as a Program Manager and Project Manager at Aviva USA, where they managed large and complex projects to achieve strategic business objectives. Tracy's earlier roles include Senior Project Manager at Genesis10, IT Director at Manhattan Toy, and Project Manager at Computer Network Technology (CNT). Tracy began their career as a Business Systems Analyst at Guidant.
