Valerie Niebrand

Valerie Niebrand currently serves as the Managing Director of Sales for Higher Levels of Living at Lifespace Communities, Inc., leading a sales team across seven states and sixteen communities since November 2024. Earlier experience includes the role of Director of Business Development at Senior Care Centers, focusing on growth for Abri Healthcare Facilities, and Director of Outpatient Therapy at Post Acute Medical, where successful volume and growth were achieved for PAM Rehab Hospital of Allen. Additionally, Valerie served as Director of Operations and Marketing at Summit Physical Therapy, fostering a supportive environment for positive patient outcomes and loyalty from patients from August 2015 to November 2019.
