Leanne Holland

LeAnne Holland possesses extensive experience in payroll management and accounting, currently serving as the Payroll Manager at LifeStance Health, overseeing payroll for 600 employees and contractors across four states since December 2019. Previous roles include Payroll Analyst/HR at Fives North American Combustion, where responsibilities encompassed payroll processing, benefits administration, and external audits. LeAnne also has experience as a General Accountant at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum, where implementation of payroll systems and month-end close activities were performed. With prior positions as a Senior Accountant and Staff Accountant, LeAnne has developed strong skills in tax preparation, general ledger analysis, and financial reporting. LeAnne holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Accounting from Cleveland State University.
