Nancy S. Scharf is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer care and operations management. Currently serving as the Regional Manager of Customer Care at LifeStance Health, Nancy leads a team of over 80 remote Intake Coordinators and 6 Intake Managers across four states, collaborating with various operational teams to enhance patient experience.
