Paula Wood

Paula has over two decades of operational leadership experience and brings a demonstrated track record of driving business transformation, scalable operating models, integrated planning, program and process excellence, and data-centric decision support frameworks. As Chief Business Transformation Officer, she is responsible for leading major infrastructure projects and enterprise-wide initiatives focused on streamlining workflows and increasing collaboration.

Prior to LifeStance, Paula was the Chief Operating Officer of Varian Medical’s Global Interventional Solutions Business under Siemens Healthineers, a leader in oncology, imaging, and cancer care therapies. Previously, Paula held multiple senior roles at Dell Technologies, including VP of Dell’s Global Business Operations and Customer Programs organizations.

Paula received a B.A. from Middle Tennessee State University. She also attended Syracuse University, where she studied Leadership and Administration. Paula has professional certifications in Hoshin Kanri, High-Performance Management Systems, Hogan Organizational Assessment & Coaching, and Six Sigma Business Process Improvement.
